This wine is named for our winery dog, Rascal, and is a 50-50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. While combining the aromas and tastes of both varietals it has medium tannins and acidity. It has aromas of violets and berries with flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry and pepper. Try is with a good steak or grilled meats.
