Rieslsing is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region of Germany. The grapes that were used to make this Riesling came from Madrona Vineyards in El Dorado County. It is a dry wine with aromatics displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas of honey, ginger, and spice with fruit flavors of apricot, nectarine, peach and pineapple. It pairs well with white fish, pork, Thai and Chinese food.
